Whether the project is a residential or commercial building addition, a tenant fit-out, or documenting existing office suites for marketing purposes, Cutting Edge Design will document your existing structure. Using on-site computer drafting and digital photography, most documentation can be done with a single site visit. We will conform to the level of documentation that the client needs, and provide the documentation in the format the client requires.
By using the most current design technology, we are able to provide both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional sun studies, interior and exterior, incorporating a proposed building's geographic location (latitude and longitude), orientation, topography and surrounding structures or significant plants, for purposes such as facade studies, daylighting studies, and solar gain/shading studies for passive solar structures.
